Medmastery is one of Europe’s largest medical education providers for doctors. Their subscription education product helps clinicians stay current on essential clinical skills. 

The Strategy

Our founder Sabrine worked closely with Medmastery to grow their online community and reach more medical professionals.

1. Community Building and Management:

We focused on building and managing Medmastery’s online community to create meaningful connections and drive engagement. We aimed to foster a strong community among medical professionals and increase engagement with Medmastery’s educational content.

2.YouTube Growth:

We helped Medmastery grow its YouTube channel by optimizing its content for the Youtube algorithm. This led to a significant increase in their YouTube subscribers from 30,000 to 120,000 subscribers.

3.Email Newsletter Growth:

We worked with Medmastery to create an effective email newsletter strategy that included targeted content and personalized educational and promotion–based messages. This resulted in a 500% growth in their email newsletter subscribers, reaching almost 50,000 subscribers. We also helped them nurture a significant percentage of their email subscribers into paying platform members through weekly newsletter and seasonal promotional messages.

The Results

Our social media strategy produced significant results for Medmastery’s online community and educational products. With our input, they grew their YouTube subscribers by 90,000 and their email newsletter subscribers by over 500% (from 10k to 50k subscribers). Our optimized YouTube videos and promotion on social media led to significant growth in their YouTube subscribers, and our targeted email newsletter strategy resulted in a substantial increase in their email newsletter subscribers. Through community building and management, we fostered a strong community among medical professionals and increased engagement with Medmastery’s educational content.
